This is another blog that focuses on the primal/paleo lifestyle. This way of eating is based on how cavemen used to eat all those years ago. This means lots of meat and vegetables but no (or very few) grains or pulses. It’s all about going back to how our bodies evolved to eat. As a result you drop fat, can build muscle, have more energy and can do more (if those are your goals, of course).
